1. Eligibility for Returns
We offer returns and refunds only under the following conditions:

✅ The return request is raised within 7 days of product delivery
✅ The product is unused, in its original condition, and with original packaging
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
Products damaged due to misuse or mishandling
Items with minor cosmetic differences due to manufacturing or packaging variations
Returns requested due to change of mind, personal preferences, or subjective dissatisfaction (e.g., game selection, style)
Opened or used items where hygiene or safety may be compromised
3. Return Process
To initiate a return:

2. Provide the following:
Order ID
Description of the issue
Clear photos or videos of the product defect or damage
3. Wait for our team to verify and approve the return.
Do not send items back without receiving return approval from us.
4. Return Shipping
In approved cases, return shipping instructions will be provided.
Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost unless the issue was caused by us (wrong or defective product).
We recommend using a trackable shipping method for all returns.
5. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned product:
Refunds will be credited into original payment method within 5 to 10 businesses days
We reserve the right to reject a return if the product is found to be used, damaged by the customer, or returned without prior approval.
6. Order Cancellations
Orders may only be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order. After this window, the order is likely to be processed and cannot be cancelled or refunded.
